A button is shown in the status bar for both shown and the acvtive winodw. By clicking on a button for a window the window is activated.
To minimize a window click the minimize button in the window header, or click the minimize option in the status bar buttons right click menu. To maximize a window click the windows button or the maximize option in the status bar buttons right click menu.

Right click on a button in the status bar to view the popup menu.
Minimize - minimizes the window.
Attach - if the window is dettached this will attach it to its parent window.
Maximize - maximizes the window.
Close - closes the window.
