Headers/footers are used to display a text, image, or HTML based items at the top, or at the bottom, of the survey or report pages.
Create new header/footer
To create a new reusable header/footer, click on the 'New header/footer' item in the Menu box. Type in the name in the first field and the content in the second. You can use HTML code in the header/footer, but remember that the header/footer is part of a web page, and must therefore not include any header tags (<html>, <body> etc). Edit header/footer
To edit a reusable header/footer click on the header/footer in the list.
The user needs permission to modify the header/footer to be able to make changes.
