Add question to library

This screen allows you to navigate to a question library and add the selected question to the library at the desired position.

Add to new library. Use "Add to new library" button if you want to create a new library and add the question to it. You will be asked to enter the new library name.
Add to existing library. Select one of the existing libraries form the list. Use "Add here" link to the right of the library name to add question at the end of the library. Or click on the selected library and you will be forwarded to a screen where you can select position in the library for the new question.
